Venues and facilities at MLR Convention Centre and The Woodrose are flexible and versatile: they can be used alone, in combination with each other or in parallel—depending on the scale and nature of the occasion. You can even select only those facilities you need within each location.
The MLR Convention Centre
This multi-purpose venue offers a range of facilities that include a large auditorium, exclusive banquet hall, boardroom and conference room, buffet hall and guest rooms. Almost all facilities are centrally air-conditioned. Select venues are equipped with white-boards, sophisticated data-projection equipment and professional sound and light facilities.
Auditorium:
- Seats 480 people
- For corporate presentations, panel discussions, conventions and annual cultural evenings
- State-of-the-art acoustics and sound system by Bose
- Modern green rooms
Conference Room:
- Seats 40 people
- For smaller events: an AGM, committee meeting or a meeting of the Board of Directors
Boardroom: 
- Seats 15 people
- For smaller events: meetings of organising committees, corporate group discussions and presentations
Multi-purpose Banquet Hall: 
- Seats up to 500 people
- For corporate gatherings and banquets, ceremonies or receptions
- Professional Bose audio systems
Buffet Hall:
- Capacity of 200 people
- For corporate lunches and dinners
- Flexible open space for product displays and exhibition stalls / kiosks
Reception Lobby:
- Spacious, high-ceiling open area forms the grand entrance lobby to the auditorium
- For display of products, information panels or large-scale corporate communication display panels
Parking and Elevators:
- Ample basement parking for cars and two-wheelers
- High-speed elevators from basement to upper floor levels
The Woodrose
The Woodrose offers several facilities and services for corporate events, business functions and banquets.
The Blue Room:
- Seats 100 people
- For presentations, workshops, training programmes, guest lectures, formal and informal get-togethers.
The Boardroom:
- Seats 16 people
- For smaller gatherings like AGMs, induction programmes and meetings
Terraced Courtyard:
- An informal outdoor location for cultural and entertainment evenings, and team get-togethers
- Open-air stage that can double as audience space or a dinner venue
- Manicured lawn area for flexible seating
Terrace Garden:
- An additional party area that overlooks the open-air courtyard
The Badminton Courts:
- Capacity of 300 people
- Allows flexibility in usage of space
